Browser storage for the live chat
If you use the live chat, your browser keeps the conversation in session storage, a small store that belongs to this browser tab, so the chat stays in place as you move between pages. If you close the chat prompt, the same store remembers that so the prompt does not keep reappearing.

This information stays in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab. It is strictly necessary for the chat to work, so it does not need your consent. Messages you send in the chat do reach us, as explained on our privacy page.
The funding check
Your answers in the funding check are held in the page while you fill it in. Nothing from the funding check is stored in your browser.
Fonts
The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You can read more in Google's privacy policy.
Managing storage
You can clear session storage and block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Closing the tab also clears the chat storage.
