What we collect

What you type into the funding check, such as your name, email address, mobile number, your business, what the funding is for and how much you need, plus answers about your business and your circumstances that lenders use to decide what they can offer. Why we use it

To show you indicative funding terms, to contact you about your enquiry by email, text or phone, and, if you ask us to go ahead, to put your application to the lender or lenders you choose. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in running a broking service. Where you give consent to a credit search, the lender runs it under its own privacy notice.

Who we share it with

Only the lenders you choose to apply to, our regulated principal White Rose Finance Group Ltd where the rules require it, and the service providers that run our website, email and customer records. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

For six years after your enquiry or your last deal with us, as the financial services rules require, then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. To stop marketing emails use the stop marketing page or reply to any email saying no thanks.
