Who we are

Kyma Business Finance is a trading style of Smart Funding Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13930483. Our office is at Coworkz Business Centre, Office 37, Minerva Avenue, Chester West Employment Park, Chester CH1 4QL.

Smart Funding Solutions Limited (FRN 972740) is an Appointed Representative of White Rose Finance Group Ltd (FRN 630772), who are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can check these details on the FCA Financial Services Register.

We are a broker, not a lender

Kyma Business Finance is a credit broker. We do not lend money and we do not make lending decisions. We arrange business finance by sourcing options from lenders across the whole of the market and introducing you to the lender you choose. Any loan or facility is a contract between you and that lender, on the lender's own terms.

Our service is for businesses, including limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, looking for finance for business purposes.

Indicative terms only

The rates, amounts, terms and matches shown on this website are indicative. They are based on the answers you give and the published criteria of lenders on our panel. They are not an offer of finance, an approval or a lending decision, and they may change.

Finance is subject to status, affordability and each lender's criteria. A lender will make its own checks, which may include a credit search, before it decides. It will only run a credit search with your permission.

No guarantee

We cannot guarantee that any lender will offer you finance, or that an offer will match the indicative terms shown. Whether to lend, how much and on what terms is the lender's decision alone.

Commission and fees

We may receive a commission from the lender if you take out finance we have arranged. The amount can vary between lenders and products, and it may be a fixed sum or a percentage of the amount borrowed. You can ask us at any time whether we will receive commission and how much, and we will tell you.

Any fees depend on the lender and the type of finance. Any fee, whether charged by a lender or by us, is explained to you before you go ahead, and you decide whether to proceed.

Your information

You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Lenders rely on it, and giving false or misleading information may lead to an application being declined. How we use your information is set out on our privacy page, and our use of cookies and browser storage on our cookies page.

Using this website

The information on this website is general and is not advice for your circumstances. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or that the website will always be available or without errors.

You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to access it without permission, introducing anything harmful, or using automated tools to copy or submit information. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us. Our complaints procedure explains how to complain and, if you remain unhappy, how to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the website.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
